Some fan art of Grand Admiral Thrawn. Only the greatest non-Force user of all Star Wars <3 <3 <3 Based on all the official art I could find and Star wars Rebels. I kept the eyes like they were originally, without pupils.

In case you don't know him, first of all, he's blue because he's a Chiss (an alien). He's also a genius strategist and highest ranking military officer of the Galactic Empire. Meaning, a badass villain You can read the book trilogy by Timothy Zahn, who created Thrawn, or watch the Star Wars Rebels animated series (he's in season 3 and 4).
