QUESTION FROM THE PEOPLE: Why doesn't Pikachu use Thunder on Arbok?
1) It's exhausted and weakened from battle.
2) This version of Ash's Pikachu is not the overpowered animé version that can somehow hit Ground types with electric attacks -_- Animé doesn't play by the rules.
3) This is also not Jessie's weak Arbok. Fuko's Arbok is able to survive maybe 2 Thunder attacks from Pikachu. So it will not knock out Arbok, but instead will make Hypno counterattack and have Fuko call out his other 4 Pokémon.
4) You just don't attack your enemy when you're badly outnumbered and weakened and they have your best friend hostage -_-
